Cyclops Marine has appointed French rigging and hardware wholesaler XPO as its distributor for France and Velamania as its Italian distributor.
XPO supplies the performance racing market and is keen to embrace new technology.
“These products will make a huge difference to how people race their boats, knowing the repeatable fast numbers for the rigging and line loads,” said Xavier Phelipon, XPO CEO. “With the wireless technology it is so easy to see immediate benefits.”
Velamania CEO, Paolo Torre added: “This innovative technology is essential for the racing sailors, we love to bring new products to the market that will help our customers sail faster and safer.”
The Cyclops Marine Smart range of products is a new generation of wireless load sensors for use in the sailing environment.
The products enable sailors to set their boats up for repeated optimum performance.
