Strategist and Olympic coach Mark Rushall, dinghy sailing writer and historian David Henshall and members of the British Sailing Team are amongst the experts at this year\u2019s virtual RYA Dinghy Show.<\/p>\n
Presented by Suzuki and supported by Yachts & Yachting, the show, from 27-28 February, will be hosted by professional sailor and speaker Hannah Diamond.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith so much of last year\u2019s racing cancelled, the show is the perfect place to prepare to get back on the water whether you\u2019re picking up some coaching tips, hearing from the British Sailing Team or grabbing an amazing deal on some new kit,\u201d said Hannah.<\/p>\n
Tactics talk<\/p>\n
Mark Rushall will be talking tactics and explaining the new racing rules of sailing. There is also a live webinar with members of the British Sailing Team including athletes selected to represent Team GB at the Tokyo 2020 Games.<\/p>\n
Windsurfing coach and guru Sam Ross will interview the British Sailing Team\u2019s Emma Wilson and Tom Squires, who\u2019ll be competing at the Tokyo 2020 Games in the RS:X class. They will be joined by windsurfing legend and Olympian Dave Hackford for a live discussion on how the sport has progressed over the years and the introduction of new watersports including wing foiling.<\/p>\n
The show will also feature Dinghy Cruising Companion and president of the Dinghy Cruising Association, Roger Barnes and award-winning quadriplegic sailor Natasha Lambert.<\/p>\n
