Two of MDL\u2019s long-term tenants at Hamble Point Marina, Hyde Sails and Desty Marine, have moved to new larger onsite premises.<\/p>\n
The move by Hyde Sails, into its HQ building has been motivated by growth in the business and the desire to offer a new service to its customers.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur new office enables us to offer probably the most convenient sailmaking service possible to customers,\u201d said Hyde Sails owner, Nigel Grogan. \u201cThey just need to give us a call and moor up. We are virtually the first building on the Hamble and literally at the water\u2019s edge.\u201d<\/p>\n
Yacht repair and refit company Desty Marine, a tenant at the marina for more than 27 years, has experienced growth in recent years that has led to the relocation of the business to the larger sales units to accommodate increased staff and resources as well as providing dedicated meeting space for client, supplier and internal meetings.<\/p>\n
